Civil Lawyer Patrizia Iavicoli is member of the Bar Association of Rome and Counselor before the Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts. After her university studies at “Luiss Guido Carli” University of Rome, she continued her post-graduation training with advanced courses in civil law, administrative law, criminal law. 

From the first years of her career, she gained a long-time experience in different fields of  insurance law, a branch where she has been working for over twenty years as a legal trustee of leading insurance companies.

Esq. Patrizia Iavicoli, besides the protection of rights and contractual and non-contractual liability, offers advice, assistance and defense to victims of medical malpractice and to doctors and health facilities, to best enforce their legitimate claims.

Esq. Iavicoli also gained a wide knowledge in the field of real estate law, supporting leading companies and entrepreneurs in the negotiation and improvement of contractual relations while assisting them during the subsequent stages of execution and protection.

Esq. Luca Salvi, practicing since 1996, gained a vast and long-serving experience in aviation law, copyright law, labor law, banking law and commercial law, carrying out both judicial and out-of-court advice.

After graduating in constitutional law at “Luiss Guido Carli” University of Rome, his knowledge has been perfected through several collaborations with leading international law firms based in Rome, Milan, New York, La Paz together with the constant attendance of specialization courses.

He gave numerous lectures in industrial law, intellectual property law and labor law at post-graduate training institutes such as the International Research Institute, Omnia Media and Alma Laboris , taking part as a speaker in seminars organized by “Il Sole24ore” as well .

Since 2014, he has been Scientific Director and Professor of Labour Law in “Business International Lawyer” Master organized by Istum S.r.l. and accredited by the National Forensic Council.

At present, he contributes to Sole24ore Group with articles dealing with the telematic civil procedure and he is co-author for Aracne Editrice of the textbook “Environmental remediation and reconversion of industrial sites in Italy and Europe.. Analysis of standards and best practices“.

After graduating, with honors, at “Luiss Guido Carli” University of Rome with a thesis in economic criminal law, he completed his training with collaborations in major law and international consulting firms, implementing with the attendance of master’s degrees and specialization courses. Practicing since 1993 and having been elected Counselor before the Supreme Court of Cassation in 2009, he gained extensive and long-standing experience in the fields of company law, commercial law, tax and economic criminal law and environmental law, providing judicial and out-of-court consultancy activities.

He gave lectures in corporate law and commercial criminal law in “Corporate Lawyer” Master’s degree accredited to the NFC and took part, as a speaker, in seminars on administrative/criminal liability of institutions, reform of company law, corporate governance and directors’ liability and network agreements. 

He is co-author of the textbook “Environmental remediation and reconversion of industrial sites in Italy and Europe.. Analysis of standards and best practices”, Rome, Aracne Editrice 2017, where he specifically dealt with the worker’s criminal liability in the management and dismantlement of industrial sites.

Atty Flavia Marchionna, after her graduation in Law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome with a thesis in Commercial Law, has been collaborating with Studio Salvi Saponara & Associati since 2012 and was admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 2014.

In the area of her professional practice, she gained extensive experience in the field of civil law, especially on issues about code of obligation and contracts law as well as commercial law, corporate law, bankruptcy and tax law, always providing both judicial and extrajudicial full assistance to individuals and companies. 

Atty Marchionna also advises on Privacy Compliance, assisting her customers to conform to the current legislation after the EU 2016/679 Regulation.

She regularly refines and updates her training attending several educational seminars and specialization courses in various sectors of interest.

Atty Valentina Pecoraro graduated in law with honors at “La Sapienza” University of Rome and she has been collaborating with Studio Iavicoli Salvi Saponara & Associati since 2019, where she successfully completed her forensic practice.

Particularly focused on economic criminal law, she is acquiring specific skills in corporate and tax crimes, assisting the present Professionals of our Firm. She also deals with commercial law and corporate law, collaborating in judicial and extrajudicial activities.

She constantly improves her professional training by attending advanced courses. 

He recently attended the first semester of the Forensic Internship and currently attends the Training Course for access to the profession of lawyer and for the preparation of the habilitation exam managed by the Forensic School “Vittorio Emanuele Orlando”.

Avv. Michele Alessandro Alonzi, member of the Bar Association of Rome since 2019, during his professional activity gained a sound experience in out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance in the field of civil law.

He built a specific competence about insurance law and property law besides dealing with protection of rights and contractual and non-contractual liability.

In the course of his post-graduate education, Avv. Alonzi developed a solid expertise in providing legal assistance to companies and individuals about all those requirements and issues related to privacy protection according to the new European regulation. Furthermore, he carries out activities of preparation, verification and updating of the Privacy documentation aimed both at allowing the performances of corporate/ institutional activities and supporting all the organizational areas in compliance with the relevant legislation.

After obtaining a scientific high school diploma at “Pirandello” Institute of Rome, she immediately entered the world of work. In fact, since January 2003 she has been responsible for the secretariat of exclusive law firms.

Since March 2007 she has been Senior Office Manager responsible for the secretarial activities of Iavicoli Salvi Saponara & Associati Law Firm.
